The RISE, a 28,100 sq m mixed–use retail and residential development in Vancouver’s uptown business district, was completed in September 2008, winning ULI’s Award for Excellence.

In February 2008 the Green Building Council of Australia awarded Grosvenor and our joint venture partners Leighton Properties a Five Star Green Star Certified Rating (Australian Excellence) for 400 George Street a new 43,700 sq m office tower in Brisbane.
