The Grosvenor Group has seven distinct management teams – one at Group level and one each for the six operating companies.
The Group Board meets five times a year. The six Executive Directors are the Chief Executive, the Finance Director, the heads of our three largest regional investment & development businesses, and the head of our international fund management business. The five Non-Executive Directors come from other disciplines and have expertise complementary to that of our executives.
The Group Chief Executive and Finance Director are members of each of our Operating Company boards.
