Team

The Grosvenor Group has six distinct management teams – one at Group level and one each for the five operating companies.  

 

The Group Board meets five times a year.  The six Executive Directors are the Chief Executive, the Finance Director, the heads of our three largest regional investment & development businesses, and the head of our international fund management business.  The seven Non-Executive Directors come from other disciplines and have expertise complementary to that of our executives. 

 

The Group Chief Executive and Finance Director are members of each of our Operating Company boards.

Mark Preston MRICS is Chief Executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. He joined Grosvenor in the UK in 1989. In 1995, he was seconded to Hong Kong, after which he returned to lead Grosvenor’s Fund Management operations from 1997 to 2002. After four years in San Francisco as President of Grosvenor USA, he returned to the UK as CEO of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland in June 2006. He is on the Board of The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate and a Non-Executive Director of Royal & Sun Alliance.  Age 40.
