Team

The Grosvenor Group has six distinct management teams – one at Group level and one each for the five operating companies.  

 

The Group Board meets five times a year.  The six Executive Directors are the Chief Executive, the Finance Director, the heads of our three largest regional investment & development businesses, and the head of our international fund management business.  The seven Non-Executive Directors come from other disciplines and have expertise complementary to that of our executives. 

 

The Group Chief Executive and Finance Director are members of each of our Operating Company boards.

Group Finance Director

Nicholas Scarles FCA CPA Attorney at Law, is Group Finance Director. He joined Grosvenor in 2004 as Finance Director, Grosvenor Fund Management. He was previously at Centrica, where he was Chief Financial Officer, North America; Price Waterhouse; and Coopers and Lybrand. He is a Governor of the Haberdashers’ Elstree Schools and Chairman of the Investment Property Forum's Property Derivative Group.  Age 45.
