The Grosvenor Group has seven distinct management teams – one at Group level, one for each for the five operating companies and one for our fund management business.
The Group Board meets five times a year. The seven Executive Directors are the Chief Executive, the Finance Director, the heads of our four largest regional investment & development businesses, and the head of our international fund management business. The six Non-Executive Directors come from other disciplines and have expertise complementary to that of our executives.
The Group Chief Executive and Finance Director are members of each of our Operating Company boards.
