Grosvenor Group achieved a record profit in 2007. Profits before tax increased by 3% to £524m and the Group earned a total return of 14.4%.

Team

The Grosvenor Group has six distinct management teams – one at Group level and one each for the five operating companies.  

 

The Group Board meets five times a year.  The six Executive Directors are the Chief Executive, the Finance Director, the heads of our three largest regional investment & development businesses, and the head of our international fund management business.  The seven Non-Executive Directors come from other disciplines and have expertise complementary to that of our executives. 

 

The Group Chief Executive and Finance Director are members of each of our Operating Company boards.

The Earl of Home CVO CBE (David Home) (Chairman) is a Trustee of the Grosvenor Trusts, Chairman of Coutts & Co and is also an elected member of the House of Lords and Chairman of MAN Ltd. He was a Group Director of Morgan Grenfell & Company Ltd until 31 March 1999. He is President of the British Malaysian Society and joined the Board of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in February 2005.  Age 64.
