Ian Morrison graduated from Reading University in 1993 with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying. He decided to develop his early professional career in the consultancy sector and joined EC Harris. During his time at EC Harris he worked on a number of schemes for Grosvenor, notably 70 Grosvenor Street. It was these experiences that provided him with an early insight into Grosvenor and inspired him to join the company.
Ian says that Grosvenor has not disappointed, providing him with the challenges and opportunities to push himself to the full on some of the most exciting schemes in London. Ian says ‘Grosvenor continues to strive to make our business better, be an innovative leader in the industry and above all, maintain our core business values and ethics.’ It is these principles that inspired him 10 years ago and continue to drive him forward now. Ian concludes; “most of all I love what I do!”
