London Estate Development Director

Development Director for the London Estate development business overseeing a diverse programme of development work from small scale residential to major mixed use place making schemes. This portfolio of work seeks to re-invest in excess of £1.5bn of capital over the next 10 years into our estate providing over 2million square feet of new product.  As part of this role I also oversee the execution of our public realm strategy where we seek to lead the industry in delivering exceptional streets that bind our location and development strategies together.

 

My background stems from Quantity Surveying and Project Management which provides a strong technical capability of the development process and the challenges and risk inherent with in this business.
