Sarah-Jane Curtis joined Grosvenor in September 1986 after qualifying as a chartered surveyor. She initially joined the London Estate team within Grosvenor Britain & Ireland as a valuation surveyor when the team comprised only 25 people (now 89 people). Sarah-Jane worked for nine years within this team, and was promoted to an Associate Director of the London Estate and also a Director of the Grosvenor Restoration company (a residential development company).
Sarah-Jane was then promoted to head up the shopping centre Retail and Asset Property Management team. This role evolved over the following eight years to include involvement in the setting up of the first two shopping centre Funds, the development of Festival Place, Basingstoke and the sales of Chester, Bolton and Perth shopping centres.
Sarah-Jane’s current role is as Retail Investment Director within Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, responsible for London’s retail and amenities portfolio and also for Grosvenor’s investment in retail funds and non-London Estate locations.
