Will Bax
Property Analyst

Will Bax joined Grosvenor’s graduate training scheme in 2004 having studied for a Masters in Real Estate Finance at Cambridge University.  Prior to this he had worked in politics for two years preparing research briefs on environmental and international development issues.

 

Will spent his first two years in London working on the commercial development and investment teams respectively, and in so doing gained a good insight into two core areas of Grosvenor’s UK business.  He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2006.

 

In January 2007 he moved to the Paris office where he was latterly responsible for asset and portfolio strategy across the European funds before returning to London in 2011.

 

He is currently Director for the Mayfair portfolio on our London estate.
