Will Bax joined Grosvenor’s graduate training scheme in 2004 having studied for a Masters in Real Estate Finance at Cambridge University. Prior to this he had worked in politics for two years preparing research briefs on environmental and international development issues.
Will spent his first two years in London working on the commercial development and investment teams respectively, and in so doing gained a good insight into two core areas of Grosvenor’s UK business. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2006.
In January 2007 Will moved to the Paris office to work as an analyst on the growing continental European portfolio, predominantly focusing on investment acquisitions in France, Italy and Belgium.
Having been initially attracted by the international opportunities that Grosvenor has to offer, Will has relished the opportunity of moving within the Group and exploring another exciting side of the business.
