Fund Management

IN 2004 GROSVENOR FUND MANAGEMENT WAS ESTABLISHED AS A SINGLE INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FACING BUSINESS FOR THIRD PARTY FUNDS.

We are building on 30 years experience of property fund management and offer a unified approach to fund management globally, focusing on meeting the investment needs of our individual clients.

Internationally, we work with 54 investors in 20 existing funds, joint ventures and investor accounts. The total value of our funds under management is £3.0bn.
