We’ve been involved in the London Estate since 1677 when the roots of the Grosvenor business were established. The team’s focus is to develop and enhance this portfolio. Belgravia is a dynamic district, bounded by Chelsea to the west, Knightsbridge to the north and the business district of Victoria to the south.

Although it is home to many businesses, much of the area still retains its original residential use. Part of the team’s role is to directly manage some of our residential properties on the Estate. We provide a high level of customer service to our tenants. Included in this team are caretakers and cleaners.

In response to increasing tenant demand, we are also developing and testing a range of additional services we can offer to our tenants on the Estate.
