GBI Internship Programme

GBI INTERNSHIP AND GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Each year through our Summer Internship Programme we recruit the very best graduates in their field to join us on our Graduate Programme and undertake the APC to become chartered surveyors.

The Summer Internship scheme provides an opportunity for those who show a genuine interest in the property industry to take part in a structured two-week programme to develop their understanding of the industry and of what working for Grosvenor is like.

Our Internship scheme includes the opportunity to:

- Shadow a current Grosvenor graduate to get an insight into their work and their APC studies

- Learn more about all areas of the Grosvenor business through talks from key figures and informal opportunities to meet with senior managers across the business

- Find out much more about the Grosvenor estate through tours of the London estate and key development sites.

During the course of the Internship, interns will undertake both an individual project and a group project. The individual project will provide interns with the opportunity to gain a greater understanding and insight of the business area within which  they are working. The Group project will allow interns to work together, and they will then formally present their project at the end of the programme. Those interns who perform strongly during the Internship will be offered positions on our Graduate Programme.
