At Grosvenor I work for the London Estate project management team, which entails undertaking residential refurbishments within the estates of Mayfair and Belgravia.

My greatest achievement at Grosvenor was working on a project in Belgravia, which from my initial inspection was a severely dilapidated building. Once we went through the project management process we produced a high-specification product that actually achieved a rental value which was greater than we had initially anticipated. So that was quite a rewarding achievement for me.
