THE GROSVENOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Each year we recruit the very best graduates in their field to join us on our Graduate Programme and undertake the APC to become a chartered surveyor. For those seeking work experience we also run an Internship scheme each summer where those who show a genuine interest in the property industry are able to take part in a structured two-week programme to develop their understanding of the industry and of what working for Grosvenor is like.

Our Internship scheme includes the opportunity to:

- Shadow a current Grosvenor graduate to get an insight into their work and their APC studies

- Learn more about all areas of the Grosvenor business through talks from key figures and informal opportunities to meet with senior managers across the business

- Find out much more about the Grosvenor Estate through tours of the London Estate and key development sites.

During the course of the Internship there are various assessment exercises including team discussions and a formal interview. These provide an invaluable opportunity to gain feedback on assessment performance and also allow us to make offers of employment to those who perform strongly during the Internship. This provides an excellent opportunity for those joining us on the Internship of summer 2009 to secure a Graduate position with Grosvenor for September 2009.
