Grosvenor Group achieved a record profit in 2007. Profits before tax increased by 3% to £524m and the Group earned a total return of 14.4%.

We have been advising clients on property investments since the 1980s as part of our local businesses. We combined these activities when we established Grosvenor Fund Management in January 2005 as an international fund manager, separate from our regional investment and development businesses but drawing on their expertise in key property markets around the world. Grosvenor co-invests in almost every fund it establishes.
