Our objective is to continue developing a range of sector specialist funds around the world where Grosvenor has expertise. This provides investors with a breadth of opportunity to allocate assets within sectors and across regions.
Currently, we manage 14 funds. Our aim is to grow these funds and to create additional new ones. For a full list of our funds, please select 'Fund' from PORTFOLIO to the right.
The type of funds we favour fall into three main categories:
- Flagship funds are large multi-investor property portfolios. They have a market leading position, an indefinite life and they aim to offer investor liquidity on a matched basis.
- Club funds are specific niche funds. They involve a small group of like-minded investors and have a finite life.
Single asset funds create stabilised investment product from Grosvenor’s development pipeline such as the Grosvenor Festival Place Fund and the Grosvenor Liverpool Fund in the UK. These innovative fund structures were created to fund specific development projects and to provide for their long-term ownership.
In addition, we manage one international fund for a group of Australian superannuation funds and in the USA a number of long held separate account mandates.
We are currently seeking new investors and new capital for the following five funds:
Grosvenor Residential Investment Partners LP – a mezzanine equity fund investing in US residential development properties
Grosvenor Residential Investment Fund – a core risk UK residential investment fund
Grosvenor Australian Core Plus Office Fund – a core plus Australian office fund
Grosvenor London Office Fund – a core central London office fund
Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund – a core/core plus UK shopping centre fund
Grosvenor Italian Retail Investments – a core and value-add Italian retail fund
Grosvenor Vega China Retail Fund – a value-add/core plus Chinese retail fund
Grosvenor New York Multi Family Fund – a value-add US residential fund
