At the heart of our approach to fund management is the principle of compatibility and alignment of interests for pooled investments. Consequently, we see co-investment in all funds as of primary importance, and we believe in the benefits of sharing risk and reward.
Presently, we have a varied base of 66 international investors and clients which include leading international institutions, family offices, charitable trusts and endowments.
Our objective is to provide our existing, and new, partners with multiple investment opportunities to reinforce relationships and provide choice.
We favour close, long-term relationships with our investor clients, and we spend time to get these partnerships and the resulting co-investment vehicles right. Central to these relationships is total confidentiality and mutual understanding of business and investment objectives.
Our preference is for regular communications, sharing knowledge and information for joint benefit. Generally, we provide clients and investors with performance reports and in-house research briefs on a quarterly basis. However, contact is normally more frequent than this depending on the type of investment and individual relationships.
We enjoy the diversity and mutual learning opportunities of our existing investor and client relationships and welcome working with new partners who share similar ambitions to our own.
