Asia Pacific

In Asia our Tokyo office, established in 2000, currently manages three funds in Japan - Grosvenor Office Retail Fund, Grosvenor Diamond Capital - Stable Residential Fund and Grosvenor Capital Advisors Partnership.

In mainland China, in 2008 we launched our first fund, the Grosvenor Vega China Retail Fund, which will invest in retail projects primarily in Beijing and Shanghai. We opened our office in Shanghai in 2005 as part of our strategy to develop our business in mainland China, having been active in Hong Kong since 1994.
