Jay Matthes
Director, Asset Management - US

Jay Matthes joined Grosvenor Investment Management US’s (GIM) predecessor company in 2003. He is responsible for overseeing the investment performance for a nationwide equity portfolio. Prior to GIM, Jay was Vice President of Asset Management for Clarion Partners in Washington, D.C. He began his career in real estate in 1995.

Jay holds an M.B.A Degree from Columbia University and a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of NAREIM, NAIOP and ULI.
