John Gaghan
Director, Residential Investments - US

John Gaghan joined GIM’s predecessor company in 2005. As Director, Residential Investments, his responsibilities include underwriting, market research, asset management modeling, valuation and reporting of residential investments. Currently, he leads several investment programs in the residential land development and home building sector.

John began his career in real estate in 1995. Prior to joining Grosvenor,  he was a Vice President in the Investment Real Estate division of National City Bank.

John holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.B.A in Finance from St. Joseph’s University.
