Managing Director, Equity Portfolio Operations - US

Kathleen Hands began her career with one of Grosvenor Investment Management US’s (GIM) predecessor companies in 1989. Kathleen directs all equity portfolio operations, including oversight of acquisition and development activity.  

Kathleen holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania.

She is a member of PREA, CREW, NCREIF and ULI and was past Chair of NCREIF's Portfolio Management Committee.
