Richard Layman
Senior Managing Director, Real Estate Equity - US

Richard Layman has been with Grosvenor Investment Management US (GIM), or its predecessor companies, since 1971. He is responsible for supervising the activity of the real estate equity group. His focus is mainly on new business, client relationships and developing new products.

He has over 35 years of real estate investment management experience and holds a B.S. degree from Bucknell University. Richard is a member of ICSC, NCREIF, NAREIT and PREA, and he serves as a Director of both Toll Brothers Realty Trust and Dewey Companies.
