Grosvenor Americas has been an active real estate developer and investor in Canada since 1953 when the company purchased Annacis Island for industrial development outside of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Today, we are active throughout the Vancouver area, including the City of Vancouver, West Vancouiver, North Vancouver, Annacis Island and Kerrisdale. The company is also active in Calgary.

We are involved in condominium communities, mixed-use and retail developments, as well as mezzanine lending.
