The Grosvenor Building

Grosvenor has been an active real estate developer and investor in Canada since 1953 when the Company purchased Annacis Island for industrial development outside of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Today, we are active throughout the Greater Vancouver area, including Annacis Island, the City of Vancouver, Kerrisdale,  Langley and South Surrey.

We are involved in condominium communities, mixed-use and retail developments, as well as mezzanine level lending.  The business owns The Grosvenor Building office tower in downtown Vancouver and is active in light industrial properties and distribution centers on Annacis Island.
