Grosvenor Americas' Mixed-Use Development In Vancouver Wins ULI Global Award For Excellence
North America Quarterly Report - 4th Quarter 2009
Edmonton, Alberta’s capital, is the largest city in the Province and the industrial service centre for northern Canada. Falling oil prices will undoubtedly impact the region’s growth over the next 12-to-24 months. However, in time, energy demand and prices will once again increase and help spur growth both in the energy and public sectors as tax revenues grow. Grosvenor’s South Edmonton Common Power Centre continues to perform well and has become an important regional retail node, helping it to attract tenants and shoppers even in the face of a slowing economy.
