Grosvenor's first US office opened in Hawaii in 1967.  Today, we have  three offices in the United States, including San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia, where Grosvenor Investment Mangement US Inc., is based.

We are active in the metropolitan areas of Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, DC.   

Our investment and development strategy is focused on retail and mixed use projects, as well as residential apartments and mezzanine level lending.  The business is also involved in low-to-mid-rise office buildings in the Greater Washington, DC, area where Federal government spending continues to keep office vacancy rates low and spur new office development.
