Grosvenor's first US office opened in Hawaii in 1967. Today, we have three offices in the United States: San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia, where Grosvenor Investment Mangement, is based.

We are also active in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Los Angeles and Seattle.
