Grosvenor’s investment strategy continues to be centered on developing and acquiring a critical mass of select property types in key geographic markets. Our primary focus remains urban retail and community shopping centers, mixed-use development, as well as multi-family apartments, condominiums and mezzanine-level lending.
Additionally, we are involved in low-to-mid-rise office buildings, light industrial properties and distribution centers in select locations.
