Grosvenor’s investment strategy continues to be centered on developing and acquiring a critical mass of select property types in quality locations that are in key geographic markets, insulated by high barriers of entry. Our primary focus remains retail and mixed-use assets in all of our selected markets. We will continue to pursue office and multi-family assets in select locations. Additionally, we have been active lenders on residential projects in Vancouver, Seattle and San Francisco and intend to build this program to ultimately include Washington, DC and Calgary
