Alan Chamorro
Senior Vice-President and General Manager, San Francisco

Alan Chamorro is a Senior Vice-President with Grosvenor and is in charge of development activities for the Western United States, with a primary focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also the General Manager for Grosvenor’s San Francisco office and has been with the business since 1997.

He holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is a policy advisory board member for the Fisher Center of Real Estate & Urban Economics, and holds memberships in the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
