As a developer, our main focus is on Grosvenor branded luxury residential across the region. As an investor, we will be adding retail as a second core sector in China and Japan. We are growing a portfolio of core assets at the same time as acquiring investments to seed Grosvenor managed funds.

Our aim is to build a luxury residential brand under the Grosvenor banner, differentiated by the quality, imagination and internaionalism of its design, adn to grow a diversified portfolio of core investments. Working closely with strong local partners, we combine international knowledge with local expertise to provide a high quality service and value-add returns in each office.

With the completion of Grosvenor Place Kamizono-cho and The Westminster Terrace, we continue to look for opportunities to expand our programme of luxury residential developments in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo.

We are managing and building complete teams across several cultures. In the region, we have a total of 68 people. Our aim in each location is to have professional skills in acquisition, property management, project management, portfolio management, marketing, research and finance.
