As a developer, our main focus is on Grosvenor branded luxury residential across the region. As an investor, we will be adding retail as a second core sector in China and Japan. We are growing a portfolio of core assets at the same time as acquiring investments to seed Grosvenor managed funds.

Our aim is to create the best quality product with innovative design and high standards of finish and environmental technology. We are expanding our programme of luxury residential developments in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo.

We combine international knowledge with local expertise to provide a high quality service and value-add returns in each office and are growing professional teams who work closely with strong local partners.

We are managing and building complete teams across several cultures. Our aim in each location is to have professional skills in acquisition, property management, project management, portfolio management, marketing, research and finance.
