Global Outlook - The case for Hong Kong residential

About

Jardine House, Hong KongTokyo TowerShanghai

We are positioning ourselves for the long term in Asia, with three distinct aims. First, we are building a luxury residential brand under the Grosvenor banner, differentiated by the quality and internationalism of its design; second, we are growing a diversified portfolio of core investments in this and other sectors through co-investment partnerships; and third, looking further ahead, we are preparing to develop best-in-class buildings in the central business districts of Shanghai and Beijing as high-quality long-term investments, whether solely or in partnership.

With the completion of Grosvenor Place Kamizono-cho and The Westminster Terrace residential projects the Grosvenor name has firmly established itself within the luxury residential market; as our investment portfolio grows, we seek new opportunities to expand within all investment sectors, throughout each of the locations in which we operate.

Grosvenor has always sought to work closely with strong local partners, and we continue to do this, combining international knowledge with local expertise to provide a high quality service and value-added returns in each office.

As a group, we are managing and building complete and diverse teams across several cultures. Our aim in each is to have professional, complementary skills running through all aspects of the business; acquisition, property management, project management, portfolio management, marketing, research and finance. Further to this, we actively promote a culture of excellence in both teamwork and innovation, supported by a policy of recruiting and retaining the best talent to deliver results for both our shareholders and partners.
