We opened our office in Hong Kong in 1994. Hong Kong is at the heart of the Pearl River Delta where approximately a third of China’s manufacturing resides and remains a gateway to the mainland markets.
Luxury residential remains our only sector for development in Hong Kong. With the success of our Grosvenor Place, Castle Peak (GFA 210,763 sq ft), our second luxury residential project, is on schedule to be completed in the third quarter of 2008. For investment, high-end residential is the main focus either by retaining our own product or repositioning existing investments.
