We opened our office in Shanghai in 2005 and we expect to continue grow the team in the next few years. Shanghai sits in the mouth of the Yangtze River Delta with an estimated population of 13 million. The economy is as large as The Pearl River Delta and has been growing at over 10% per annum for the past few years.
We are actively looking for our first residential development opportunity and completed our first high-end residential acquisition in 2006, Vienna Square (162,562 sq ft) which will be refurbished and retained for medium term investment.
