Japan

Roppongi Hills, Tokyo

Japan is the second largest economy in the world. Since 2000, a sustained recovery has proven to be elusive. Major changes are also taking place in the corporate world as companies strive to increase competitiveness by moving away from traditional employment practices such as lifetime employment and seniority-based wages.
