Grosvenor Place Kamizonocho is our first luxury residential development in Japan. Working in joint venture with our local partners, the project is in a prime city centre location inside Yoyogi park.
For investment, we have seeded two residential funds and an office retail fund, managed by Grosvenor Fund Management Japan. These funds have concluded over 50 residential and 15 office/ retail transactions.
