Tim Freshwater (Non-Executive Director)
is Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asia and
a Director of Goldman Sachs JBWere. From
2001 to 2004 he was Chairman of Investment
Banking in Asia. From 1996 to 2001 he
was Chairman of Jardine Fleming, the Asian
Investment bank acquired by Chase Manhattan
in 2000. Previously, he spent 29 years with
Slaughter and May. Tim is a Director of Hong
Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd and Swire
Pacific Limited, and a Council Member of
the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
