Chief Executive

Nicholas Loup is Chief Executive of Grosvenor Asia Pacific, a director of Grosvenor’s main board and member of Group CEO’s executive committee.  He established the operation in Asia Pacific in 1994 and now Grosvenor has offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai when Grosvenor operates as a principle and property fund manager. Nick is a Director of Asia Standard, a listed company in Hong Kong; a General Committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce and a director of the Spinal Cord Injury Fund. He is also Chairman of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles Limited (ANREV) of which he is a founder member and a member of Asia Pacific acquisition committee of the Tate.
