in 2004 as Finance Director, Grosvenor Fund

Management. He was previously at Centrica,

where he was Chief Financial Officer, North

America; Price Waterhouse; and Coopers and

Lybrand. He is a Governor of the Haberdashers’

Elstree Schools and Chairman of the Investment

Property Forum’s Property Derivative Group.
