Sydney

Sydney is the largest capital city in Australia, based in the state of New South Wales. It is regarded as the financial centre of Australia.

Grosvenor has been investing in the Sydney office market for over 40 years and currently owns the landmark building 20 Hunter Street in the heart of Sydney, as well as the Cinema City Car Park (developed by Grosvenor in the late 1970s).

Business and population growth have led to significant infrastructure pressures creating opportunities for not only non-CBD developments, but also industrial developments; as companies seek to be close to transportation and main road links for employees and distribution purposes. Grosvenor is well-placed, having completed an A grade office building and recently commenced the development of another office project outside the CBD in Parramatta - the population centre of Sydney. Grosvenor also owns a number of industrial properties including the 5-building business park, Sir Joseph Banks Corporate Park near the Sydney airport. Grosvenor continues  to actively source investment and development opportunities.

Grosvenor continues to monitor the residential sector for future opportunities.
