OFFICE

Grosvenor has a strong track record particularly in 'A' grade office buildings from both a development and investment perspective. Over the past 10 years, we have managed investments and developments of over $1 billion worth of assets across all sectors however predominantly office.  We have completed a number of refurbishments including the Olderfleet Buildings Melbourne, 201 Charlotte Street Brisbane and 20 Hunter Street Sydney. Committed to best practice in environmental standards, we continue to build our reputation as a leading developer in central business districts.

 

We have an office development in suburban Sydney (Parramatta), 60 Station Street (25,700 sq m) which is targeting construction in 2010. This is targeting a Five Star Green Star Office Design rating and Five Star NABERS Energy rating. We own landmark inner city investment buildings at 400 George Street, Brisbane and The Bank of Queensland Centre, 259 Queen Street, Brisbane.

  

RETAIL

We have successfully developed and managed shopping centres in Australia – acquiring, redeveloping and divesting the assets with co-investors. From this experience, we continue to monitor the sector in Australia for potential opportunities in the retail market.

 

RESIDENTIAL

We aim to capitalise on our expert knowledge within the Grosvenor Group of premium residential developments and the projected growth in demand for housing in Australia.  Over the next four years, we anticipate commencement of new mid- to up-market residential developments targeted to the owner-occupier and investors. Along with our expert worldwide knowledge, we have local experience in this sector, including successful development of a 101-lot estate in Brisbane.
