Each of Grosvenor’s regional operating companies has its own dedicated research team, who reports to the local CEO. Grosvenor's research forms the basis of local development and investment strategies as well as fund management requirements. Globally, research is co-ordinated by the Group Research Director who formulates the international economic overview and actively contributes to the internal allocation of funds across regions and long-term strategic planning.

Graham Parry
Head of Research, Australia

Graham joined Grosvenor in 2003. He is based in Sydney and is responsible for all property market research across Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Griffith University. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Graham worked for 3 years as a financial market economist with Lehman Brothers investment bank in Tokyo. Prior to that, he was an economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney.
