The 300 acres of land in Mayfair and Belgravia that we call our London estate came to the Grosvenor family in 1677 and were originally developed in the early 18th and 19th centuries. Active management combined with a focus on customer needs has ensured their continuing pre-eminence as a piece of real estate.

For the last 40 years we have also developed and managed assets elsewhere in London, Scotland and Ireland, including residential, retail and office developments.
