Our success and deep understanding of developing and managing historic, mixed-use city centres and towns is reflected in our varied portfolio. Our most recent projects include developments in Cambridge and Liverpool. 

In 2006 we were selected as the preferred developer for the urban regeneration of Crawley’s town centre in the South of England. Another future town regeneration scheme is in the pipeline for Preston in Lancashire.
