At the British Council for Offices Awards 2013, 50 Grosvenor Hill was crowned the "Regional Winner" for London and the South East for "Projects up to 200sqm".

 

NEO Bankside won the 'Best Large Development' and the prestigious overall "Grand Prix Award 2012" at the Evening Standard Property Awards 2012. May 2012.

 

Grosvenor and its joint venture partner Native Land won 'Development of the Year' for NEO Bankside at the RESI Awards 2012. Grosvenor was also recognised for our expertise in property management, being highly commended in the Asset Manager of the Year category. May 2012.

 

NEO Bankside was named the 'Best International Development (multiple-units)' at the International Property Awards. December 2011.

 

NEO Bankside has won two prestigious International Property Awards in the Best Development category - for London and the UK overall. October 2011.

 

Springside, a residential development in Edinburgh, won the RICS Scotland Regeneration award. May 2011.

June 2009. 

Grand Arcade received a gold ICSC Solal Award for its Architects of Fashion advertising campaign. June 2009.
