Our 24-hour operated Service Centre can be contacted to report maintenance or repair issues and emergencies. Please note that this service is available to occupiers and leaseholders of Grosvenor-managed properties only.

We comission Ipsos MORI to conduct an annual customer satisfation survey of occupiers on our London estate.  This helps us better understand our customers, measure how well we are serving them and identify areas where we can improve.

The 2009 survey was the most comprehensive yet with questionnaires sent to every occupier, including freeholders.  One in five of those contacted responded.
