The Grand Arcade shopping centre opened in March 2008.  It was developed in response to the untapped demand for new designer brands in the city and across the wider catchment.

Grand Arcade enhances and extends the historic retail thoroughfares of the city. Under two glass roofed arcades, linked by a central atruim square, Grand Arcade provides not only a vibrant shopping experience, but also a showcase for local, national and international brands.

Having sold our 20% stake in the development to joint venture partner Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), we remain as development managers to deal with any outstanding issues on the construction side.

We are also progressing the Trumpington Meadows scheme, to the south of the city. The proposed development includes 1,200 homes, a primary school, community facilities and a country park.  It is also being undertaken with USS.
