·       London development: Become a specialist office and  high-end residential developer exploiting our ownership of the London Estate, focused on quality of design; for hold (per London Estate strategy), trade or sale to Grosvenor Fund Management.

·       Off-estate Investment: Invest in Grosvenor Fund Management funds together with limited additional investment in residential clusters and value add retail.

OUTSIDE LONDON 

·       Large retail-led mixed use projects: Create lasting retail-led mixed use environments where people want to live, work and shop; option to hold e.g. via Grosvenor Fund Management

·       Other development activity: Develop phased, urban mixed-use projects and smaller opportunities with a residential bias; for trade, subject to tactical short term hold.
