The porfolio has a mixed offering of retail, residential and office assets.  Our long-term strategy on the London estate is to invest in the existing portfolio, to improve the urban environment and thus to increase occupier demand and income return.  Progressive and sensitive redevelopment of the estate has always been an important part of our strategy.
