Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city, combines a vibrant and enticing ambience with a rich history and varied architecture. It is also known as a hub for education and technology, with excellent universities and centres of scientific research.

In conjunction with the University of Edinburgh, Grosvenor has developed a science and technology park to the south of the city centre known as Edinburgh Technopole. Situated on a 126 acre site in the Bush Estate, Edinburgh Technopole offers an unrivalled environment for growing companies.

Springside, Edinburgh - the evolution of a former brewery site to the west of the city centre extending over 9 acres. The development team is a three-way joint venture between Grosvenor, local quality residential developer AMA, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Construction is well underway with the first of the 600 residential units completed in summer 2009. Further phases include office, retail and hotel uses, all within the new high quality environment which includes one-third of the space given over to landscaping and open spaces. Parking is situated underground.
