In Scotland, our development programmes involve mainly mixed-use projects around Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.

Technopole Edinburgh  - is a world class Science and Technology park, based at The Bush Estate and sits on a 126 acre site to the south of the city. The Estate has been the site of various research and development institutes since 1946.

Fountainbridge - This site is the regeneration of what was the Fountainbridge Brewery. It is the biggest city centre development project for many decades and combines 160,000 sq ft of high quality office space, around 600 new homes and retail outlets, all set in a landscaped environment that includes parks and open spaces.
