RETAIL led developments are a core part of our national portfolio. We will often retain a shopping centre we develop as an investment. Such projects often involve a substantial commitment over many years. To regenerate an area we work closely with the local community. Flagship examples are: Liverpool One in Liverpool, Grand Arcade in Cambridge and Festival Place Shopping Centre in Basingstoke.
OFFICE spaces, in offices and businesses, represent 28% of our portfolio. Our interest ranges from new, high specification developments in and around our London estate, to business and science parks in Scotland and 18th century historic office buildings in Belgravia and Mayfair.
Many of our office investments are owned within fund management vehicles or joint ventures. We also offer an extended service for flexible office space management, handled by our business Grosvenor Offices.
RESIDENTIAL assets in our Britain and Ireland portfolio are situated in London and in Liverpool, at One Park West, and account for around 36% of our assets. Our London letting portfolio is managed by Grosvenor Lettings.
