Our sectors range from mixed-use to pure residential, retail and office developments.

RETAIL led developments include: Liverpool One in Liverpool,  Grand Arcade in Cambridge and Festival Place Shopping Centre in Basingstoke.  We also have a significant retail porfolio on our London estate focused on the luxury sector.

OFFICE spaces, in offices and businesses, represent 29% of our portfolio. Our interest ranges from new, high specification developments in and around our London estate, to business and science parks in Scotland and 18th century historic office buildings in Belgravia and Mayfair.

Many of our office investments are owned within fund management vehicles or joint ventures. We also offer flexible office space managed by Executive Office Group: Grosvenor Office Lettings

RESIDENTIAL assets in our Britain & Ireland portfolio account for around 38% of our assets.  Our residential portfolio on our London estate includes over 4,000 properties ranging from studio flats to luxury town houses.  We offer three types of tenure: long leasehold; short leases (20-years or below) and rental: Grosvenor Lettings.   Outside London we are undertaking two other luxury developments in the capital (NEO Bankside and a site in Holland Park).  We also have a number of residential developments underway or completed in locations around the UK including Cambridge, Liverpool (One Park West) and Edinburgh (Springside).
