Paris and the greater metropolitan area have a catchment zone of approximately 11.1 million people. Paris is the dominant city in France with regards to the concentration of wealth, employment and economic activity. Paris remains the central business district for top activities and the central leisure place for catering and shopping. Ile de France comprises 29% of French GDP.

 

In the town centre of Paris as well as in the most dynamic cities around Paris, Grosvenor has strategic locations. During the last two years, the group has built up a high street retail portfolio in the most famous retail districts, such as in the 1st, 8th, 9th and 17th arrondissements. Returning to the office sector, Grosvenor now manages three major office buildings on 68 Faubourg St Honoré, 26-28 Rue de Londres and Colisée III and IV in the 17th arrondissement in the prime business districts of Paris. Grosvenor has invested in various retail parks in the foremost Paris regional retail zones, such as Bondy and Claye Souilly.

 

Grosvenor‘s strategy is to remain very active in central Paris and Paris Ile de France primarily in the retail sector.
