Bergamo

Bergamo is the fourth largest town in the region of Lombardy. Situated 50kms to the north east of Milan, Bergamo is located in one of the wealthiest regions of Northern Europe.

Grosvenor owns two retail stores in Bergamo. The first asset - with a GLA of 1,170m² - is located in the heart of Bergamo’s city centre, in the main and busiest shopping street, which has recently been pedestrianised. The second asset - a retail warehouse with a GLA of 3,200m² - benefits from an excellent location in a well-established retail district, in Curno which is located 5 kms outside Bergamo.
